1 package chocolate cake mix
1/4 cup oil
1 egg
1 cup chopped nuts
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
6 oz chocolate chips
1 t vanilla extract
dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Combine cake mix, oil and egg until crumbly. Stir in nuts.
Reserve 1 1/2 c crumb mixture; press the rest into prepared baking pan.
In saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Cook and stir until chocolate is melted. Pour evenly over prepared crust.
Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture evenly over top.
Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Cool in pan on rack thoroughly.
Cut into bars
