1 pound sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. mayonnaise (light)
1/3 c. minced onions
3 or 4 tsp. black pepper to taste
cayenne pepper to taste
strawberry preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first six ingredients together and shape into a ring around a bowl. (Sides should be about 2 inches all the way around.) Place strawberry preserves in the middle and serve with crackers. I use Ritz crackers.
