3 c. sweet potato (mashed)
1 stick butter
1c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 T. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Mix all ingredients with mixer on low speed. Pour into casserole dish.

1 stick butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut

Mix butter and sugar together . Add flour, nuts, and coconut. Mix together until crumbly. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
