20 oz. can crushed pinapple- juice and all
2/3 cup sugar
3 oz. box of lemon jello
8 oz. cream cheese softened
1 cup diced unpeeled apples
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup celery chopped fine
1 cup cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pineapple and sugar in saucepan and boil 3 minutes. Add jello until dissolved. Add cream cheese then cool pan in cold water. When cool- add apples, nuts, celery and cool whip and refrigerate in a 9x9 pan.
