1-14 ½ oz. sugar cookie mix
½ c. butter, melted
¾ c. coconut
1 egg
½ c. macadamia nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Mix all together and drop by tablespoonsful onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes and cool. Make a frosting with 1 c. white
chocolate chips, melted with 1 T. solid shortening. Place in a plastic bag and
snip one corner and drizzle onto cookies.
