2 C shortening
5 1/2 C flour
salt
2/3 C water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut shortening, flour, and salt together.

Add water

Mix with a fork lightly

Pack lightly with hands

Roll out.

Drape the crust into the pie pan. Prick it with a fork.

Bake at 375 until just browned.

Makes 2 pies.
