1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup yellow or white cornmeal
2 T tomato powder or 1 T tomato paste
1T non-fat dry milk
1 t ground cumin
1/2 t baking soda
3/4 t salt
2 t sugar
1/2 t chipotle powder or 1/4 to 1/2 t Tabasco sauce
1/4 cup shortening
scant 1/2 cup (7 & 1/2 t) water

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together dry ingredients (except tomato paste if using). Cut in shortening and tomato paste, add just enough water to make workable dough.

Form dough ball and divide in two. Roll out one section at a time on lightly floured surface to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into 1 & 1/2 inch squares, place them on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on baking sheet.

Store in airtight container.
