Chicken cut up( part frozen so they will cut up easily) 1 1/2 to 2 pounds
Plain flour 2 1/2
Eggs 1 hand beat
Salt 2 Teaspoons + 1 tablespoon
Onion power 2 teaspoons (can be left out)
Garlic powder 1 1/2 tablespoons
Baking powder 1 tablespoons
Corn starch 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 1/2 tablespoons
Water 1 1/2 cups
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon
Milk or water 3/4 cups
Frank sauce 1 tablespoon

Start with egg add salt , and a tablespoon Frank’s hot sauce mix well.

In a different bowl mix flour, onion powder, garlic, baking powder, salt, black pepper, corn starch, water. Mix

Add 1/2 of chicken in wet ingredients. Then add 1/2 of chicken to dry mixture put on flat pan. Then add a little more flour and the rest of chicken. Fry to golden brown.
