Directions:
Combine all ingredients except honey and oil in a large bowl. Heat honey and oil together in small sauce pan and pour over other ingredients, mixing well. Transfer to 2 large baking dishes (8 1/2 X 11 Pyrex) and bake in slow oven (300 degrees) for about an hour. Stir and turn ingredients OFTEN, scraping bottom of pans to prevent scorching. Cool, separating ingredients occasionally so granola doesn't form clumps.

Good with yogurt of your choice.

Store in air proof, plastic container.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe came from a woman (Deborah) who ran a Bed and Breakfast with her husband in New Zealand where we stayed for a few days, years ago. They were retired airline employees. I've been making it ever since.

Commercial granola is too sweet for me.
