Pork chop cut into cubes
Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper
Butter
Chopped garlic
1/2 C chicken broth
Juice of half a lemon
1/2 C heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Season pork cubes with Italian Seasoning, salt and pepper. Melt butter with chopped garlic in large sauté pan. Add pork and cook until browned. Set pork aside. Add chicken broth, lemon juice and cream to drippings in sauté pan to make gravy. Stir until incorporated. Pour over pork.
