1 16 oz package of refrigerated sugar dough, kept chilled
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1-2,Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 c green grapes, halved
6 strawberries, sliced ( or 1/2 c blueberries)
2/3 Tbsp sliced almonds and/or shedded coconut (optional)

Preheat oven to 350º.
Generously coat a 12” pizza pan with cooking spray. Form cookie dough into a ball, flatten, then press or roll dough evenly onto pan, leaving 1” of space around the edge.
Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle onto crust, omitting edges. Bake 16-18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 1 hour.

Meanwhile, beat together cream cheese, honey, lemon juice and zest and vanilla, until fluffy. Spread onto cooled crust. Arrange grapes and berries over cream cheese. Sprinkle on topping. Refrigerate until serving.
