1 Head of cabbage

1 lb. beef
½ lb. pork

1 yellow onion
Butter to Sautee the onion

¾ cup of cooked rice (not mushy)
2 cups of water to cook the rice in

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon Garlic salt
¼ teaspoon Salt

1 can of Campbells tomato soup
1 5.5 oz. can of tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook rice ahead of time

2. Cut core out of cabbage

3. Parboil entire head (About 7 minutes)

4. Trim leaves when separated

5. Cook beef and pork on stove top

6. Sauté onion in butter

7. Mix cooked rice, onion and meat

8. Add all seasonings to mixture

9. Fill cabbages with mixture

10. Roll golumbki cabbages

11. Put finished rolls in roaster to bake

12. Top rolls with tomato soup and juice

13. Cover with parchment paper

14. Cover with aluminum foil after that

15. Bake at 350º for 3 hours
