3 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup vinegar
1 1/2 water
2 TBSP dry mustard
1 lbs ground cooked ham
1 lbs ground pork
2 cups dry breadcrumbs
1 cup milk
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400*F and get out two 9 x 13-inch pans.
2. In a medium bowl, mix brown sugar, vinegar, water, and dry mustard until well combined.
3. In a large bowl, or food processor, combine meats, breadcrumbs, milk, and eggs. Mix until a uniform mixture.
4. Shape into ping pong ball sized balls and place inside pans.
5. Pour sauce over meatballs. Sauce should come up about halfway on the meatballs.
6. Bake for 60 minutes.
7. Serve with rice.
