1 C Butter (softened)
1 3/4 C Sugar
2 Lg. Eggs
15 oz Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
1 T Vanilla
4 C Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder

Glaze
4 C Powdered Sugar
2 T Butter (Melted)
2 tsp Vanilla
1/4 C Whole Milk
3 T Sprinkles

Directions:
Directions:
In Mixer with Paddle
Cream butter and sugar (2 minutes). Slowly add, eggs, ricotta, vanilla. Mix (1 minute)

In separate bowl, combine, flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder.
Gradually add to mixture until soft dough forms.

Use Cookie Scoop (2 T) and roll into balls, place 2 inches apart on uncreased baking sheet and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Edges will be slightly golden.

Glaze
In bowl, whisk powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla. Add milk one tablespoon at a time
Spread glaze over warm cookies and top with sprinkles.
