2 cups flour
4 TSP baking powder
4 TBSP butter
1 cup milk
Berries (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450*F and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until starts coming together.
3. Use hands to mix, in the bowl, until dough like substance forms.
4. Optional: Add berries into dough by kneading them in.
5. Turn out on floured surface and dust with flour.
6. Knead dough gently until comes together.
7. Pat or roll dough to 3/4 inch thick.
8. Cut into 2-inch circles, can use the top of a cup to cut.
9. Place on cookie sheets.
10. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
