This is another dictated recipe so there are no measured ingredients.
2 cans Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits: Take them out of the can and push them together (this is copied from the Bradley cookbook)
Flour rolling pin and roll them out flat. Roll out like for a jelly roll.
Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg (great grand mom likes nutmeg), and raisins and nuts (“if you are rich”).
Put pancake syrup on the bottom of a cast iron skillet, dot with Oleo, margarine or butter. Cut dough into 1 ˝ inch slices and stand on end in pancake syrup, close to one another.
Bake for 30-40 minutes. You will know it is done because it will come bubbling up the sides.
Invert on plate. Make sure you get all the syrup left in bottom of pan. Spoon it on top.
