½ cup salted butter, softened
¾ cup dark brown sugar
½ cup white granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2⅔ cups UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour (bleached flour toughens baked goods)
10-oz. pkg. Andes Crème de Menthe Baking Chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Blend butter, sugars, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla and eggs until mixed.

2. Stir in Crème de Menthe baking chips and flour.

3. Chill approximately one hour in refrigerator.

4. Roll into balls and place on greased baking sheets.

5. Bake at 350˚ for approximately 10-12 minutes or until done.

6. Cool in pans for two minutes before removing to wire racks.
