2 1/4 cup milk
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
2 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter
pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk to a boil in the microwave. Beat egg yolks, add sugar, butter, cornstarch, salt, vanilla and mix with a little cold milk. Add to boiling milk. Beat well. Cook in microwave until thickened. Add 1 1/2 cup coconut for coconut cream pie.
Use as a pudding or pie. Cover with meringue and brown for pie.
