2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 cup hot coffee/hot water
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Stir in oil, buttermilk and eggs, add hot coffee last and stir until combined. Batter will be thin. Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350º for 35 to 39 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool and frost with your favorite frosting. Yields 12 to 16 servings.
