¾ Cup Butter
½ Cup Brown Sugar or Regular Sugar
1 Beaten egg yolk
½ t vanilla
chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar
Add beaten egg yolk and vanilla
Add flour to mixture - mix
Shape into balls add dip into egg whites - dip into chopped nuts

Oven preheat 375º

Bake 12-15 minutes
