3-4 tomatoes
1/4 - 1/2 small onion
1-2 cloves garlic
1-2 jalapeno
salt and pepper to taste
cilantro - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Quarter tomatoes and add to blender. Add onion, one clove garlic, 1/2-1 jalapeno and generous shakes of salt and pepper. Blend together and taste. Add cilantro and other ingredients to desired liking (i.e. keep adding jalapeno, garlic and additional salt and pepper to your desired heat level and saltiness. May need to add more tomato if salsa is too hot.). Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite Mexican dishes. Refrigerate for up to 7 days.
