5 lbs. boiled potatoes
18 hard boiled eggs
1/2 onion (finely chopped)
1 quart Miracle Whip (Grandma says it must be Miracle Whip)
3-4 Tbsp. yellow mustard
1/4 cup sugar
1 can evaporated milk
At least 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
Add salt and pepper to taste

Cool and peel the potatoes. Chop potatoes, eggs and onions and mix in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the evaporated milk, Miracle Whip, mustard and sugar together first, then add the vinegar, so it doesn't curdle.

Makes a 5 quart bucket

This is Grandma Lucy's Potato Salad...always the best! You can also use this dressing for Macaroni Salad or Pea Salad.

Grandma Lucy now uses red wine vinegar.
