1/2 cup Butter, softened
1/2 cup Cream Cheese, softened, 4 oz
1 tsp Vanilla
1 3/4 cup Flour
1 tbsp Sugar
1 dash Salt
1 cup Pecans, finely chopped
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and cream cheese. Beat in the vanilla.

Combine flour, sugar, salt together in a bowl. Gradually add flour mixture to butter mix.

Stir in pecans. Shape into 2 inch logs using a tablespoon full of batter.

Place 2 inches apart on un-greased baking sheet.

Bake 12 to 14 minutes at 375º. Roll warm cookies in powdered sugar. Cool on wire rack. Makes 2 dozen cookies.
