1 spice cake mix
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 (15 oz) can solid pack pumpkin
1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. In a large bowl, stir cake mix, spice, and pumpkin until well blended.
3. Stir in chocolate chips
4. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake for 18-20 minutes.

This recipe is very easy to double, just use 2 cake mixes and a large can of pumpkin.
If you can’t find a spice cake mix, use a yellow cake mix and add these spices for one cake mix: 1tablespoons cinnamon, 1 tsp nutmeg, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1/8 teaspoon cloves.
