(1) 1 can crushed pineapple
(2) 2 eggs beaten
(3) 1 1/2 cups sugar
(4) 4 Tbsp butter

1/2 cup nuts finely chopped
1 box graham crackers (whole)
2 sm. box strawberry jello or 1 family size
cool whip or whipped cream

Grease large baking dish or cake pan (13x9x2), layer whole graham crackers in bottom of cake pan or baking dish till full.

Mix first four ingredients together; heat till thick- add butter; let cool. ( **must stir constantly or bottom will burn) let cool. Once cool.
Pour filling on top of crackers, place another layer of graham crackers on top of pineapple filling.
Mix Jello and put in refrigerator until partially set. Needs to be loose enough to
pour on crackers but thick enough not to soak into crackers. Use ice cube water method. After you pour Jello on crackers let stand in fridge until fully set, spreads cool whip & add nuts.
