5 # Chicken legs and thighs
3# potato’s sliced into half inch half circles
Marinade
5 garlic cloves
1 medium shallot
2T olive oil
3T tomato paste
Juice 2 lemons
1T honey
1T white vinegar
1T chili powder/paprika
1T cumin
1T onion powder
Topping
2T crush garlic
1/4C lemon juice
2 T chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Spread potatoes on rimmed baking sheet. Place chicken on top.

Blend all marinade ingrediants. Spread over chicken and potatoes. Cover. Bake 30 minutes at 375º. Remove cover. Replace in oven at 425 until done, 15-30 minutes.
Sauté topping ingrediants. Drizzle over chicken and potatoes.
