Ingredients:  
1C Butter
3/4c brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar
1 egg
2 T milk
2 t vanilla
Blend together until light and creamy
Combine the following:
1 3/4 c flour
3/4 c rolled oats
1 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
Add to cream mixture and blend well
Add 3/4-1 c skor (maybe Heath) bits and mix
Drop dough onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 mins at 350
