1/2 c. chopped onion
2 T. butter or margarine, divided
2 c. hot cooked Minute Rice
1 can ( 10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
2 c. fresh broccoli flowerets
1 jar (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir onion in 1 T. of butter in large skillet on medium heat until tender. Add rice, soup, broccoli and cheese sauce; mix lightly. Spoon into 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Toss remaining 1 T. butter, melted, with bread cubes; sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
