Granny Special: sausage, egg, beans and chips Recipe

Ingredients: 1 packet of Richmond pork sausages (4 sausages required for dish but you may as well cook them all up)
2 x eggs large handful of frozen chips
1 x tin of baked beans
2 x slices of bread (lightly buttered)

Directions: |
Directions:1. Heat oven to around 200ºC 2. Place chips and sausages on tray and cook for around 25 minutes. Keep checking to make sure the chips and sausages are cooking evenly. Turn the sausages over after about 10 minutes and move the chips around.
3. After about 10 minutes get out a frying pan. Add a little oil.
4. Turn hob heat on to medium, wait a few minutes for it to heat up.
5. Crack two eggs into the frying pan, get your bread ready while the eggs are cooking.
7. Put baked beans into a bowl and place a plate over the top of it, place in microwave and heat for 1min 30 seconds.
8. Check your eggs, sausages and chips. The eggs are ready when the bottom of is bubbling and brown (Approximately 5 minutes). The sausages and chips should be nice and brown.
9. Place the chips, sausages and beans on your plate and slide the eggs on top (use a flat egg flip/slice) |
