¾ cup boiling water
1 pkg. (0.3 oz.) jello strawberry sugar free gelatin
1 cup ice cubes
2 cups thawed cool whip, divided

1.) Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large serving bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add ice; stir until completely melted. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups each cool whip.

2.) Spoon into dessert dishes. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

3.) Top with remaining cool whip.
