1 cup oil
3 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
3/4 cup water
1 can pumpkin (2 cups)
3 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, divide dough and pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans or 4 smaller pans. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
