Cake:
½ c. oil
1 c. mandarin oranges (juice and oranges)
1 box Dunkin Hines yellow cake mix
4 eggs

Frosting:
1 box instant pudding mix (vanilla or pistachio)
1 large container of cool whip
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cake: Mix together oil, cake mix and eggs. Pour into 13" x 9" x 2" pan and bake for 45 - 50 minutes. Frosting: Mix together pudding mix with drained pineapple, when combined gently stir in cool whip.
