Version 1:
1 med. box Velveeta cheese
1 jar minced pimento (strained) and chopped
1 Tbsp. relish
1/4 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
3/4 c.sandwich spread
Little celery seed
Rye Bread (little square that you get by the deli meat)

Directions:
Directions:
Take a fork and smash the Velveeta until consistency you like (I leave it kind of chunky). Add pimento, relish, sandwich spread and mayonnaise until spreadable consistency, sprinkle with celery seed until it "looks right".

Chill.

Serve on cocktail rye topped with an olive or a pickle slice.

*You can also form this into a ball to serve with crackers*
