4 Eggs
1/2 cup Bisquick
3/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 stick Butter (2 tbsp)
2 cups Milk
1 cup of Coconut Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Put all ingredients, except coconut, in a blender for 3 minutes. Pour the mixture into a large, greased, pie plate and let stand for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle coconut flakes on the top of the mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until custard is set and coconut is lightly toasted.
