The best side dish

- Potatoes cut into 1/8 slices
-1 stick of butter
-1 blump of beef bouillon paste

Directions:

- Melt the butter and mix with the bouillon paste
- Pour mix into glass casserole dish
- Roll potatoes in mix
-Bake at 350 degrees until done to desired crispiness

This side dish is loved deeply in the Laut household. I can remember fighting with my siblings to have these potatoes because just a few was never enough. This dish has been made for Hilly Hundred rides, birthday dinners, to show off to friends, and for when JoAnn used to visit. Legend says that these butter drenched root vegetables will entice everyone...even those deeply dedicated to a Keto diet.
