Eye of the round roast
Kitchen Bouquet
Stick of butter
!/4 cup soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Rub roast with soy sauce. Pepper the roast heavily with black
pepper. Cut the butter into pats and arrange along the top of the
roast. Preheat the oven to 500. This recipe will cook any sized
roast. Cook roast 5 minutes per pound uncovered. Turn oven
off and leave for 2 hours. DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR till
finished.
