2 or 3 garlic cloves, finely diced
beef or chicken
Olive oil
1 (28 ounce) can Dei Fratelli Italian Tomato Sauce
1 (6 ounce) can Italian Style Tomato Paste
1 (6 ounce) can water
Sat and pepper
Lawry's Garlic Salt
Dash red pepper flakes
Basil
Parsley
Cloves
Optional:
Dash sugar
1 teaspoon finely diced scallions

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté garlic in water or olive oil until translucent. Cook meat in same pan. When using fresh meatballs, Ma would first bake them in the oven for 25 -30 minutes, and then add them to the saucepan. Add sauce, paste, water and all other ingredients to taste.
