1 box butter cake mix
1 c. Oil
4 eggs
11 oz can mandarin oranges with juice

ICING:

1 tall can crushed pineapples with ½ juice.
1 small pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
1 large cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl, mix well. Fold in oranges with juice. Pour into 3 cake pans. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes or until done.

ICING:
Mix pineapple, ½ juice and vanilla pudding. Fold cool whip into mix. Coat cake with icing and refrigerate.
