1/2 C shortening
1 C sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 C pumpkin
2 C flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 T salt
2 1/2 cinnamon
1/2 T nutmeg
1/4 T ginger
1 C raisins
1 C chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, add sugar gradually. Cream until light and fluffy
Add eggs and pumpkin- Mix well
Sift dry ingredients and mix until blended
Add raisins and nuts
Drop on greased cookie cookie sheet
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
