24 graham crackers
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 pkg. strawberry jello
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 pkg. lime jello
1 pkg. orange jello
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup of cold water
1 cup hot pineapple juice
1 pt. whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, butter, and the crushed graham crackers. Place half of the mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. The remaining half will be used on top. Dissolve each package of the flavored jello in 1 1/2 cups of hot water. Place in ice cube trays or shallow pans and allow to set until firm. Cut jello into 1 inch squares. Dissolve unflavored gelatin in cold water. Add hot pineapple juice. (Add 1 tsp. sugar if unsweetened) Cool mixture until it has a syrup consistency. Add whipped cream. Add flavored gelatin squares in mixture and place in cake pan. Sprinkle remainder crumbles overtop.
