Cake:
1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding (3.4 oz.)
3 eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup nuts

Cake:
Combine all ingredients above. Blend on low speed. Beat for 2 minutes. Pour in 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes.

1 1/2 cups cold milk
1 envelope dream whip
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding (3.4 oz)
Beat, gradually increase speed. Beat until it forms soft peaks.
