1 lb. pure almond paste
2 cups sugar
4 egg whites
6 - 8 oz. pine nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Blend almond paste and sugar- beat in egg whites one at a time.

Roll 3/4 teaspoon of dough into a ball, roll in nuts.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 15 min. @ 350*.
Cool about 1 min. and remove gently with spatula.

You can flatten ball slightly if you prefer.
