2 cans 8 oz. Almond Paste
2 cups butter soften
2 cups sugar
4 cups flour
8 eggs separated

1 12 oz. jar Seedless Red Raspberry Jam
1 12 oz. jar Apricot Preserves

Directions:
Directions:
In a big bowl mix Almond Paste, egg yolks butter and sugar, blend well.
Gradually mix in flour. Beat egg whites until still and mix into rest of ingredients.

Split batter into 3 different bowls to one add red and to the other add green food colorings Leave one white.. Mix thoroughly.

Use 3 12x14x1 cookie sheets, covered with parchment paper, spread out each color evenly..

Bake at 350* for 5-10 min. Lay out on white cloth, let cool.

Put red layer first spread apricot preserve then white layer spread with raspberry jam then green layer.

RED-WHITE-GREEN
Put wax paper on top. Place a flat weight on paper Let stay over night in cool place.
Cut into 7 or 8 Strips cover with chocolate icing.
Icing;
12 oz. bag of chocolate chips melted, add powder sugar.

Wrap each strip in foil when completely dry. Will stay in freezer for 6 months.
