1 c butter, softened
3/4 c sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 ¼ c flour
1/2 c powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream together butter & sugar
2. Add eggs & stir until smooth
3. Add vanilla & almond extract and mix
4. Blend in flour to form a dough
5. Roll out tsp sized dough balls, and place on parchment paper 1-2 inches apart
6. Bake 8-10min at 400º

Cool cookies completely & dust with confectioners sugar
