Cookie:
2 cups butter
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
5 ½ cups flour
Raspberry jam

Glaze:
1 cup icing sugar
2 tbsp warm milk
½ tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Add flour and mix well with hands. Roll dough out ¾ inch thick and cut as desired. Bake at 350 ˚F for 10 min. Cool cookies. Combine glaze ingredients until smooth. Once cookies are cool, put two cookies together with raspberry jam and ice with thin glaze. Enjoy!
