6 to 7 potatoes sliced
2 to 3 tbsp. butter
1 small onion chopped
3/4 c. chopped celery
2 to 3 tbsp.. Lowery Seasoning
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º

Melt butter in frying pan. Add potatoes, onion, celery and Lowrey Salt. Fry until glossy
look to potatoes.

Add soup. Add enough milk to make them juicy.

I add cubed ham. Plus I throw in some shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake for 1 hour.
