1 c. sugar 2 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. butter 1 egg 1 tsp. baking powder
8 oz. cream cheese 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip
Mix crust ingredients together and bake in pizza pan at 350 degrees until done. Cool. Blend the topping and spread on crust. Top with fresh fruit such as strawberries, pineapple, cherries or green grapes.
