SHELL: 2 egg whites at room temperature
dash salt
⅛ tsp cream of tartar
½ cup sugar
½ tsp vanilla

CHOCOLATE FILLING
1 HUGE Hershey almond bar-I usually use more
3 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup whipped cream

Directions:
Have egg whites at room temperature. Beat them well, adding vanilla and cream of tartar and salt. Beat until frothy-gradually add sugar and beat until STIFF peaks form. Place ito a greased pie tin. Bake at 300º for 55 minutes. Then turn off oven and let pie stand in cooling oven over night. Keep oven door closed.

Melt bars over hot water in a double boiler or over very over heat. When melted, remove from heat, add 3 tbsp warm water. Cool and add whipped cream and vanilla. Put into shell and put in refrigerator. Top with whipped cream!
