6 tablespoons of utter
4 tablespoons of flour
1 quart of milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Onion salt if desired
About 6 sliced potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
In top of double boiler, melt and cream 6 tbsp of butter and 4 tbsp of flour.

Add 1 quart of milk, add salt and pepper to taste and onion salt if desired.

Place over sliced potatoes in a greased casserole dish.

Do not cover. Bake one hour and 45 mins. at 350º Use about 6 potatoes.
