1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
3 tbsp corn syrup
½ cup of dark rum
½ cup of icing sugar
2 ½ cups of crushed vanilla wafers
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate, add corn syrup and rum.
Combine wafers, sugar and nuts
Add Chocolate mixture and mix
Let stand for 30 mins, roll into small balls and roll in icing sugar
Place in air tight container in a dark cupboard for at least 3 weeks
